The theme for this year's International Women's Day, #EmbraceEquity, acknowledges that individuals face unique circumstances and require specific resources and opportunities to achieve equal outcomes. By addressing the inherent inequalities within social systems, we can work towards creating a more balanced and just society.
We asked some of the awesome women in our team what they do or like to see more of to promote equity in the workplace
Monica Ly
Monica is our co-founder, a young mother, and is passionate about data, supporting women in data and bubble tea.

Nargess is our senior data analyst with a knack for cooking and loves kittens.

Sarah is our data specialist and she can survive with 3 cuppa tea for a whole day.
