The Role

As a Data Analyst, you'll contribute to both client projects and internal product development, leveraging your analytical, technical, and commercial skills. Join a team that values creativity, problem-solving, and a commitment to innovation.

A typical work day will consist of:

Analysis of trends, distribution of data, identification of data issues
Data enrichment, cleansing, and standardising through various techniques
Building dashboards and data visualisations across multiple tools (such as Tableau or Power BI)
Developing machine learning models for various purposes, such as likelihood to churn, customer segmentation, natural language processing, text clustering, etc.
Automating processes or data integrations using R, Python or SQL
Presenting results to stakeholders

About you

You are passionate about data and love getting stuck in and solving business problems with data. You enjoy being hands on and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you have a degree centred around mathematics, statistics or economics as we believe these give you the foundational knowledge for the work required. Most importantly, you love sharing your ideas with the team, helping others around you and having a laugh!

Criteria:

Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field
Ability to communicate and present results logically and clearly
Proficient in SQL, R, Python or similar programming languages
Familiarity with BI and visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft BI)
Prior experience is not required and we are not expecting it, we are happy to mentor and train a bright young mind.
